Shop terms & delivery

These terms are for buying products from the MAWAH Equipment Shop on this website: baking equipment, moulds, packaging and other kitchen items. Classes have their own Terms of use. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

Every price is in Bangladeshi taka (৳) and is the price for the weight or size shown with it.
Pictures show the product as closely as we can. The colour can look a little different on your screen.
When a product shows a crossed-out price and a percentage, that is the usual price and the saving on it.
We may change a price or take a product off sale at any time. An order you have already placed keeps its price.

Placing an order

Choose the weight or size and the quantity, and put the product in the cart.
At checkout, give your name, mobile number and the full delivery address: division, district, upazila (or town area), union if you know it, and house, road or village.
Choose how to pay: cash on delivery, or online with SSLCommerz (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cards and more).
You get an order code and a link to follow your order. Keep them.

We call or message you on the number you gave if something needs checking before we send the parcel.

Delivery

We send parcels by courier to every district of Bangladesh.
The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you order. It depends on the district.
How long delivery takes is shown at checkout. It can take longer during holidays, bad weather or strikes.
Please make sure someone can receive the parcel at the address and answer the mobile number.

Paying

Cash on delivery: you pay the courier when the parcel arrives: the product total and the delivery charge.
Online (SSLCommerz): you pay on SSLCommerz's secure page. We never see your card number or PIN. Your order is confirmed when SSLCommerz tells us the payment went through.

Cancelling an order

You can ask us to cancel an order before it is shipped. Contact us with your order code (details below).
An order paid online that is cancelled is refunded as explained in the Return & refund policy.
We may cancel an order if a product is no longer available, if the address or number cannot be reached, or if the order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid, the money comes back to you.

We use your name, number and address only to deliver your order and to talk to you about it. Read our Privacy policy.
