User guide

The MAWAH Academy website is easy to use on a phone or a computer. This guide shows you step by step how to sign in, watch your classes, ask questions and get help when you need it. To learn how to buy a class, see How to order.

Your account

You do not need to register before buying a class. The first time you buy, your account is created automatically with the mobile number you give at checkout, and you are signed in on the phone you used. Your student ID is shown in your “Profile”.

How to sign in

  1. Tap “Log in” at the top of the page.
  2. Type your mobile number, student ID or e-mail.
  3. Type your password and tap “Log in”.

To sign in on another phone or computer, you need your password. If you do not know it, set a new one as shown below.

If you forget your password

  1. On the sign-in page, tap “Forgot your password?”.
  2. Type your mobile number, student ID or e-mail.
  3. A 6-digit code comes to your mobile by SMS. If your account has an e-mail address, the code is sent there too.
  4. On the same page, type the code and your new password. The code works for 15 minutes.

How to watch your classes

  1. Sign in and open “My Learning”. All the classes you bought are here.
  2. Open the class you want.
  3. Choose a lesson. The video plays inside the website, so you do not need a separate app.
  4. If the class has materials, such as recipe PDFs, videos, a link to a live class or a private group you can ask to join, you will find them in the class too.

Questions, progress and reviews

  • Questions: If a step is not clear, write your question under the lesson.
  • Progress: See which lessons you have finished and what is left.
  • Reviews: Tell us how you liked the class by leaving a review.

Certificates

When you complete a class, you can get a certificate. Your certificates are under “Certificates”. Each certificate has a code. Anyone can check a certificate by typing its code on the Verify a certificate page.

Orders, invoices and receipts

All your orders, and the invoice for each one, are under “Orders”. After you pay, a receipt comes by SMS and/or e-mail.

Profile and language

In your “Profile” you can change your name, mobile number, address and password, and add an e-mail if you have none. You can also choose the website language there: বাংলা or English.

Need help?

  • Ask the AI chat assistant on the website. It answers from the information we have published, so for a problem with your own order or payment, please contact us directly.
  • Write to us using the form on the Contact page.
  • Call us or send a WhatsApp message (numbers below). See also our Hotline page.

If a video does not play, first check your internet connection and reload the page. If it still does not work, let us know.

A few important rules

  • Class videos, recipes and materials are for your own learning only. Do not share, record, sell or republish them.
  • One account is for one person. Never share your password or reset code with anyone.
