Delivery policy

Our classes are online. Nothing is sent by post: your class opens in your account on this website.

Effective date: 18 October 2026

When your class opens

• Online payment (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or a card): right after the payment succeeds.
• Manual payment (Send Money): as soon as our team has checked and confirmed your payment.
• Free class: as soon as you enroll.

You will find the class in “My Learning”. A receipt comes by SMS and/or e-mail.

Delivery charge

There is no delivery charge. The price shown on the class is the full price.

Physical items

If we ever send you something physical (for example a printed book or a kit), it reaches you within 5 days inside Dhaka and within 10 days outside Dhaka. We tell you before we send it.

If your class does not open

If you paid but the class has not opened, contact us with your order number and transaction ID (TrxID), and we will fix it. See also our Refund & cancellation policy.
