How to order

Buying a class at MAWAH Academy is easy, and you do not need to register first. Just follow these steps.

Steps to buy a class

1. Choose a class on the All classes page or on the class's own page. Some classes are also sold together as bundles.
2. Tap “Enroll Now”. You will go to the checkout page.
3. At checkout, type your name, mobile number and address. These are required. E-mail is optional.
4. If you have a coupon code, type it in and apply it.
5. Tick the box to agree to our terms, privacy and refund policies.
6. Choose how you will pay, and pay.

Not signed in? No problem. Your account is created automatically with the mobile number you give at checkout, and you are signed in on the phone you are using. So please give your own correct mobile number.

Two ways to pay

Checkout shows which ways are open.

Way 1: Online payment

1. Tap the logo of how you will pay: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or a card (Visa, Mastercard and others).
2. You will go to that payment's secure page, such as the bKash page or the page of SSLCommerz, a licensed payment gateway.
3. Type your PIN or card number there and finish the payment.
4. As soon as the payment succeeds, your class opens.

Type your PIN or card number only on the bKash, bank or SSLCommerz page. Our website never asks for them.

Way 2: Send money manually

1. Note our bKash, Nagad or Rocket number shown at checkout.
2. From your own number, use “Send Money” to send the order amount to that number, within the time shown at checkout (20 minutes).
3. On the order page, enter the transaction ID (TrxID), upload a screenshot of the payment, or both.
4. Our team checks the payment. When it is confirmed, your class opens.

Please check the number carefully before you send. If money goes to a wrong number, we cannot get it back.

After you pay

• Your class is in “My Learning”.
• Your order and its invoice are under “Orders”.
• A receipt comes by SMS and/or e-mail.

Coupon codes

If you have a coupon code, apply it at checkout. To see how refunds work for discounted classes, read our Refund & cancellation policy.

If something goes wrong

• Money was taken but the class did not open: contact us with your order number and TrxID.
• The 20 minutes ran out: if you have already sent the money, still enter the TrxID on the same page — we check every payment. If you have not sent it, press “Start again”.
• You sent money to a wrong number: contact your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad or Rocket) as soon as possible.
